Cancellations: we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment Missed appointments: if a client fails to cancel or no shows for their scheduled appointment, you are required to pay 50% of scheduled appointment prior to booking another appointment Late arrivals: we respect your time + ask that you respect ours.
